Flower Orders:
Fresh Flowers
Twig and Vine Florals will make every effort to match the color palette selected during checkout. The customer understands that fresh flowers, materials, and specific flower availability are subject to change throughout the seasons. Twig and Vine Florals reserves the right choose the appropriate match based on the highest quality of flowers available at that time.
Responsibility
Twig and Vine Florals relinquishes responsibility once a flower order leaves the premises of Twig and Vine Florals with the customer or has been delivered to the recipient by a Twig and Vine team member. Twig and Vine Florals cannot be held responsible for any items damaged and/or altered for any reason including rain, wind, heat, cold, improper care, etc.
Liability
Twig and Vine Florals cannot be held liable if unable to perform or provide its services or products for any reason, not limited to, but including Acts of God, war, civil disturbances, road closures, severe traffic, fire, casualty, or other causes beyond the control of both parties, all payments with the exception of the deposit will be returned in full.
Deliveries:
Quality
If there are any questions related to the quality of the flowers or plants, the customer/recipient will contact Twig and Vine Florals within 24 hours of delivery to discuss the issue. In most cases, we will happily replace the arrangement. No replacements or refunds will be made after the 24 hour period. Replacements or refunds will not be made due to improper flower or plant care on the part of the recipient.
Recipient
In the event the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, a Twig and Vine team member will call the phone number(s) provided to confirm delivery. Every effort will be made to leave the delivery in a concealed/shaded area. Twig and Vine Florals cannot be held responsible for theft of any items. If an incorrect address has been provided, the delivery will be taken back to Twig and Vine Florals and the customer will be contacted. In order for Twig and Vine Florals to make an additional delivery attempt, a second delivery charge will be required.
Rejected Delivery
Twig and Vine Florals will not be held responsible for the recipient’s decision to reject delivery for any reason. No refunds will be made.
A La Carte Weddings:
Client understands pick-up date times and options, and that floral pick-up must be scheduled in advance.
Color palette and mood of wedding will determine floral and greenery in floral pieces
If there are specific requests for floral, there will be an additional charge.
Total amount can go up in price, if client chooses to add items, but cannot go down in price regardless if items are removed or not.
Funerals:
Thank you so much for allowing us to create these special florals for you during this difficult time.
Our team will take great care to ensure that your arrangements are designed and delivered beautifully.
Please review the follow terms that apply to funerals:
Twig and Vine Florals will ensure that delivery is made to the best of our abilities without damaging the flowers.
If the flowers need to be delivered to a graveside service Twig and Vine Florals will leave the standing easel pieces laying down flat to ensure that they do not fall over and get damaged. The client will be responsible for standing up the funeral sprays in this case.
Twig and Vine Florals will not be held liable for any damage to funeral pieces once the delivery is completed.
If multiple pieces are ordered for your event, our team will send you a confirmation email stating the details of your event, with locations, times, and allocation of said pieces to their required destinations.
